What are the chances of getting caught downloading video games? I like the Sims 3 Franchise, but I don’t want to pay 20-40 dollars for every expansion pack. living in a hotel while i’m traveling and using their internet. Want to use Utorrent but is completely shut down.. assuming it’s a ports open problem.. idk.. any ideas on figuring out how to allow torrent Dls? I can Dl reg stuff but utorrent can’t do jack…

I am using vegas pro 11 and After Effects, I use large size files like 5-10 minutes of 720p 30fps video, I need to find a good codec to compress it, coz I upload them to youtube, preferably around 100-200megabytes
